I’m a typeface designer, and educator, originally from Foggia, Italy, living in London, United Kingdom. My journey in design has led me through roles as senior font developer at The Northern Block and as senior type designer at Fontsmith.

In 2020 with Vaibhav Singh, we launched Typeland, an independent type studio / type foundry.

I specialise in typeface design and development, and font production. I also teach type and graphic design.

I graduated with distinction from the MA in Typeface Design at the University of Reading in 2013. I also have a BA in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, London, and another BA in Graphic and Multimedia Design from Sapienza University of Rome. My master’s project sparked my interest in multi-script typeface design, especially in the Odia and Gurmukhi scripts.

I’ve worked on projects for international clients and type foundries, handling everything from design and extensions to quality assurance, font mastering, and production.
